House in the Cerulean Sea

This was magically enchanting; a great heartwarming escape.  This book reminded me of Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.  If you enjoyed that book, you will like this one.  I loved all of the characters and setting.  The House is an "Orphanage" filled with magical children and Linus comes to investigate   I also liked how the novel addresses difference and prejudice, maybe a tiny bit preachy at times.
